I invite you to join to me for a magical and fully transformational experience at Vale de Moses retreat center in the highlands of Portugal. We will indulge in Forrest Yoga physical practices, Ceremony, Vision Quest and Workshops on healing injuries. You will be surrounded by deep nature, free of urban noise, extravagant radiation and pollution. The air you will be breathing and the water you will be drinking will be pure and will help you feel the difference in your body and brain function. Furthermore, the majestic location of Vale de Moses in the Portuguese forest gives you many opportunities to spend your free time in a way that nourishes your Spirit: Walk alone or in groups in the pristine forest, swim in the local river, sunbathe, run and experience freedom or meditate. Endless opportunities to feed your soul on top of the Forrest Yoga Medicine.
This retreat aims at helping you connect deeper to your inner wisdom and true sense of life purpose. The work we will do together in combination with the pure food you will be ingesting, will cleanse your body, luminous energy field and nourish your Spirit. You will leave this retreat feeling ready to take on your daily life with a fresh, new perspective making you feel deeply satisfied and proud of yourself. This is not the type of retreat “I wish I didn’t have to go back to my life and stay here forever” kind of thing. You will have the burning desire to go back so that you can apply all the transformational tools you will have acquired and get excited about how much we usually miss out on by being blind in our senses.
This is what I call empowerment!

Additional Information:
This retreat is suitable for all levels of practitioners as long as you come with an open mind and curiosity to learn more about yourself. Pregnant ladies are welcome, just give me a notice ahead of time.
My personal suggestion is to arrive at least a couple of days earlier in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto, both work) so that you can prepare yourself mentally to soak up the good medicine from the retreat. I also think it is a good idea to book holidays in Portugal before or after the retreat. This is what I plan to do as well!
How to get to Vale de Moses:
It is located approximately 2.5 hours from both Lisbon and Porto and accessible by car, with a number of hire options available in both cities. For those looking to travel by public transport, it is recommended to travel via Lisbon for regular Rede Expressos bus services to the local town of Oleiros, where Vale de Moses staff will pick you up for the short drive to the retreat.
